Embrace the outdoors with these rustic cabins that offer basic home comforts. In the large, cozy room is a full bed and a twin-size bunk. There is not a full kitchen or bathroom. Bathroom and showers are conveniently located throughout the campground. Cabins come with a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Cookware, dinnerware, flatware, etc. are not provided as cooking is not allowed in these cabins. Bed and bath linens are not included. We ask that you bring your own linens, towels and blankets. Cabin does not have air conditioning or heat. Outside, a covered porch, picnic table, and fire ring extend the living space into the outdoors. $50 Security deposit is required at time of check in. We do not allow pets in this accommodation type; however, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in these rentals.

In the compactly designed kitchen are all of the basic necessities: a full-size refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dinnerware for 8. This open and bright cottage rental is fully furnished with all the basic necessities. The galley kitchen has a flat top stove with oven, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. In the bedroom is a queen bed. The loft houses a queen mattress. In the living area is a sleeper sofa and a TV with cable. Bed and bath linens are not included. The completely furnished log homes at Appalachian sleep 10 people and include one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with full bed and twin bunk, and a loft with 4 twin beds. Linens and towels provided for the number of people in the party up to 10. Please note in the reservation the number in party. $100 Security deposit is required at time of check in. We do not allow pets in this accommodation type; however, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in these rentals.

Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.

After Hours Arrival

If your plans change and you need to arrive outside of normal business hours, please refer to your confirmed reservation information. Or, contact the campground at (610) 488-6319 prior to arrival to make late arrival arrangements.

Reservation Policies

Prices and site type are subject to availability and change.
The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.

Deposit Policies

Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on all campsites and in some rentals.
Rental Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.

Tent sites are two nights minimum.
