Enjoy the great outdoors while camping at Asheville East KOA Holiday. We are an excellent home base for guests and campers whenever they want to go camping near Asheville, North Carolina. Our location also makes it easy to have an epic camping adventure near the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Pisgah National Forest.

3 Ways to Stay
When you camp at Asheville East KOA Holiday, you can create the camping experience you desire, whether your preference is glamping or traditional camping. We provide RV Sites, Camping and Deluxe Cabins and Tent Sites across the campground for campers to enjoy.

Our RV Sites are Pull-Thru and Back-In Sites with full hookups. They can accommodate rigs of all sizes, and some even have KOA Patios®. 

If you don't have an RV, we also have cabins and Tent Sites. Our lodging options consist of Camping Cabins and Deluxe Cabins. Staying in a Camping Cabin provides a more rustic camping experience, while the Deluxe Cabins are the ultimate way to go glamping. All cabins offer some comforts of home, providing comfortable beds and electricity. Our Deluxe Cabins have kitchens and baths, while the Camping Cabins are more primitive without bathrooms or kitchens. 

For more traditional camping, stay at one of our Tent Sites. They have water and electric hookups for your convenience as you sleep under the stars.

Our Campground Amenities
At Asheville East KOA Holiday, we want to ensure campers enjoy their camping experience near Downtown Asheville. We offer many amenities around the campground that the whole family can enjoy, including:

We also have a completely stocked camp store where you can find all your supplies for camping, from firewood and s'mores ingredients to souvenirs and apparel. Take a trip into the past during our 80's Decade Weekend or get soaked during our Wet and Wacky Weekend. We also celebrate national holidays, like Independence Day and Labor Day.

Local Attractions
Our campground is the perfect resting place between your busy days exploring the local area. From the Pisgah National Forest and Blue Ridge Mountains to Downtown Asheville, you and your family have plenty to do during your trip. Experience nature's beauty while hiking through the mountains or driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway for a scenic view.

The Biltmore Estate is another popular attraction guests love visiting. The estate is the largest private home in the U.S., with 250 rooms, in a French Renaissance chateau style. It houses priceless collections of paintings, antiques, furnishings, tapestries and books.
