If you need to cancel your reservation, please call Austin East KOA at 800-562-8743 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. $20.00 fee is waived for KOA Rewards VIP members.

KABINS: (1 night deposit) $20 cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days of arrival date - deposit is non-refundable
RV and Tent Sites: (1 night deposit) $20 cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. Within 7 days of arrival date - deposit is non-refundable.
No-Show: Deposit is forfeited and non-refundable
Early Departure: No refund of unused nights.
NOTE: Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated during Special Events / Holiday Season. Consider reserving an extra day if your event runs late or early.
