Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made by 3 PM MST. Cancellations received out of these datelines will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made before these datelines have a $10 cancellation fee removed from the deposit. 

RV Sites & Tent Sites: 48 hours prior to reservation $10 fee, within 48 hours forfeits first-night deposit.
