We are the perfect place to settle in for a fun visit to the Province of PEI. Just a 2km drive from the Confederation Bridge, we are within a 45-minute drive to 9 of the 12 most visited sites in PEI. Whether you wish to see parts of Charlottetown, Cavendish, or Summerside, they are all just a short day trip away. During the evening, you can enjoy our pool, get caught up on laundry, participate in the scheduled activities, walk or ride the Confederation Trail, or just relax in your RV or one of our cabins. Most of our sites are satellite-friendly. Chelton beach is just a 10 minute drive away, where you can enjoy the warmest and calmest water in PEI! This beach is ideal for swimming and perfect for younger children.
All our RV sites have been widened and upgraded since 2020.
For the avid walkers and those with electric bikes, we have 200 km of trails at our door step! Access the trail at the north end of our property and eliminate the need to travel on busy roadways!
Last but not least, enjoy some LIVE MUSIC for free. Plan to spend some time in our very own Noye Music Hall! All shows are from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The show is free for our guests but we do accept donations to our local food bank in the form of cash or food items.

See Prince Edward Island's iconic redhead on stage this summer! This Canadian classic is a humorous, touching, and truly athletic musical that will inspire your imagination, tickle your funny bone, and mesmerize you with its graceful and exhilarating singing and dancing. This cherished family musical tells the poignant and funny story of a freckle-faced, red-haired orphan named Anne Shirley who arrives at the Bright River Railway Station full of hope for a new life. Her destination is the home of brother and sister Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert in Avonlea, Prince Edward Island. When she arrives at Green Gables, Anne is devastated when she discovers that the elderly couple is expecting a boy from the orphanage, and then ecstatic when they decide to keep her. With her fiery temper, love of melodrama and romance, and penchant for misadventure, she brings laughter, love, and more than a little consternation to the Cuthbert's quiet lives. In return, Anne finds the happiness and the home she has longed for all her life.
