RV & Tent Sites: 7 days cancellation notice is required per KOA corporate policy. Please call 619-766-4480 by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins & Unique Accommodations: 14 days cancellation notice required per KOA corporate policy. Please call 619-766-4480 fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. Since our accommodations are located in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events.
No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
