WELCOME TO BUCKEYE LAKE KOA HOLIDAY!

We are the closest KOA to Columbus, Ohio, Ohio state fairgrounds, Ohio State University, Denison University, German Village and National Trails/NHRA race track.

Come and relax in our park-like setting with lots of trees and open space. We are an easy on and off from Interstate 70 (1.5 miles from Interstate), but far enought to not have highway noise. Enjoy our long, shady pull-through or back in sites, we have a size for everyone. We have 3 Rustic Cabins (bring all your own linens and towels) and 6  Deluxe Cabins that include a kitchenette, bathroom, linens and towels,  waiting for you and your family. If you prefer being out with nature, we have a large, shaded primitive tent area. All sites have easy access to 3 bathroom/shower facilities. Camp with all the amenities in our KOA Patio Sites, complete with patio and furniture, fire ring, patio light, swing,  grill, complementary basic WI-FI(private upgrade available through the service provider), some are satellite friendly. This beautiful family campground is situated on 40 + acres.

Let Fido take you for a walk in our "KampK9". This is an enclosed area for our 4-legged campers, complete with agility structures for those pets that want to exercise more than walk. We have a professionally structured mini putt putt course, shuffleboard, and multiple other fun amenities, inflatable games are open on weekends when they can be staffed due to Ohio State Law. Check out our Events to see what we have in store for campground recreation as well as things to do around the lake area.

Policies

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.Cancellation Deadlines:• RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellation Details:• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.Early Departures: Need to change your plans? We understand. We can shorten stays before and at check-in. Campers needing an early departure after check-in will be credited with a “rain check” that can be credited against a future stay. Credits are nontransferable and must be used within 6-months or before the end of the current season.

By signing/making a reservation/staying at Buckeye Lake / Columbus East KOA, I agree that Buckeye Lake / Columbus East KOA has permission to photograph me, any members of my family, and any visitors to my site for any purpose related to the marketing of the campground in any medium. I waive any right to be compensated should my photograph or likeness be used in this manner. 

I understand these guidelines of this campground and agree to abide by them. I understand the campground reserves the right to eject, without refund, any camper or visitor violating these guidelines. Upon my signature/reservation/stay I agree: to pay all charges resulting from my stay. These fees may include but are not limited to visitor(s), damages, equipment rental, early departure, late departure, and store purchases. I am responsible for all charges made by myself, my family, and my guests.
