This lovely KOA is set on 15 acres of towering white pines and close to all the fun. From Duluth's harbor, sail out into the world's largest freshwater lake alongside huge freighters. 3:30 pm Cookies and punch.
5:00 pm Costume Contest Parade
7:00 pm- 9:00 pm Trick-or-Treating from site to site.
