Cancellation Policy – Elizabethtown / Hershey KOA HolidayIf you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground office before the deadlines listed below to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Please note: Text and email cancellations are not accepted.Cancellation Deadlines
  • RV & Tent Sites: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, by 4:00 PM local time.
  • Cabins & Lodging Accommodations: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, by 4:00 PM local time.
  • California guests: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours away.
Additional Cancellation Details 
  • Reservations made within the cancellation window are non-refundable. 
  • Cancellations after the stated deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows, early departures, or discomforts of nature (e.g., rain, insects, weather).
  • No refunds will be processed on or after the day of arrival.
  • Refunds are issued to the original credit/debit card used—no exceptions.
  • Cancellation policies may be modified in the event of regional or national travel disruptions.
