Camping Cabins provide a rustic, cozy stay while Deluxe Cabins feature full bathrooms, kitchens and extra comfort. Tent sites are perfect for those who want to sleep under the stars.
Amenities
Clean bathrooms with hot showers, laundry facilities and a KOA store stocked with essentials make your stay easy. Wi-Fi and cable TV keep you connected, while the fishing pond, bike rentals and shaded picnic areas invite you to unplug and unwind. RV guests benefit from 50 max-amp hookups, site escorts and garbage pickup. KampK9® offers a dedicated space for dogs to roam, and firewood, propane and a pavilion are available for gatherings.
Recreation
Cool off in the pool (open May 27–September 4), cast a line in the fishing pond or rent a bike to explore the campground. Challenge your friends to cornhole or try your luck at horseshoes. Kids will love our awesome playground, tetherball and gaga ball pit. When the sun sets, gather around the fire for s'mores, stories and a little stargazing—just like backyard nights should be.

Step into history with a stroll through Fredericksburg's 40-block National Historic District where cobblestone streets and colonial buildings transport you to the past. Visit George Washington's boyhood home at Ferry Farm or explore the region's pivotal Civil War battlefields. For an unforgettable day trip, take a tour of Washington D.C. and see the Lincoln Memorial, the National Mall and the Smithsonian museums. Downtown Fredericksburg also offers charming boutiques, antique shops and top-rated restaurants perfect for a post-adventure meal. Olde Towne Carriages – One of the most popular and prominent tours of Fredericksburg is the carriage tours that begin in front of the Fredericksburg Visitor Center. Led by beautiful horses, Olde Towne Carriage Tours is a classic, authentic way to experience the history and atmosphere of historic downtown. Trolley Tours of Fredericksburg – There is no vehicle more recognized in Fredericksburg than our vintage, gorgeous trolley, with experienced drivers who have a vast knowledge of what makes this city tick. Hop on the Fredericksburg Trolley to immerse yourself in the array of layers and love of downtown.
DOWNTOWN TOURS[b]Tickets[/b][b] for the 75-minute downtown trolley tour may be purchased online up until one hour before each tour time. Tickets also are on sale at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center, located at 706 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia.
