Explore beautiful Freeport, Maine from your closest KOA campground, just 6 miles away. You can enjoy excellent savings (see our 'Hot Deals') on early Spring and late Fall camping, as well as specials on monthly or seasonal stays. We are situated on 50 acres, so enjoy our spacious sites; completely wooded for the back-to-nature feel, tree-lined and nestled in the woods, or wide-open pull-thrus. Try one of our unique dome cabins or glamping tent with a kitchen, full bathroom, and a private patio area, or our one or two-bedroom cabins, each with a refrigerator, microwave, and heater.
We invite you to socialize by enjoying our playground, horseshoe pits, basketball or beach volleyball courts, and baseball field, or take a refreshing dip in our pool with a water slide. We welcome groups (rallies, reunions, weddings, etc.) which include the use of the recreation hall with kitchen and/or pavilion. We have many planned activities, pancake breakfasts, ice cream socials and made-to-order pizzas in our new brick oven! If nature is your passion, you may explore one of our half-mile nature trails. We welcome you to enjoy our clean facilities as you take advantage of the over 101 things to do within a 60-mile radius of Freeport, including the famous LL Bean, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As always, we believe you will find everything you have come to expect from a KOA.

FREEPORT/DURHAM KOA POLICY:
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS:
3 night deposit due at time of reservation for all site types. No refunds for cancellations. Dates can be changed to avoid loss of deposit.
NON-HOLIDAY WEEKENDS:
Cabin Accommodations - Cancel 7 days prior to arrival.
RV/Tent Sites - Cancel 48 hours prior to arrival.
If canceled within the 7 day, or 48 hour requirement; deposit minus a $10.00 cancellation fee will be refunded. If canceled beyond the 7 day, or 48 hour requirement; DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Camping is an outdoor experience. NO REFUNDS will be given for early check out based on inclement weather.
