We follow the KOA national cancellation policy, except on Holiday weekends. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 585-567-4211 or email us at info@houghtonkoa.com before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
RV and Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify us by 4:00p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify us one week before your scheduled arrival date.
Holiday weekends: A minimum of three nights must be reserved and full payment must be received. If reservation is cancelled, one night deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
