The Jackson MN KOA will follow the National Cancellation Policy written by KOA Corporate, which states the following: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call or email the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.
Text notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Please notify the KOA you have your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
Camping Cabins: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Please notify the KOA you have your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits.
Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Holidays and Special Events: The Jackson MN KOA has a non-refundable deposit policy on cancellations for Holidays and Special Events.
No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit cards, with no exceptions.
