Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a refund of deposit minus a $10 cancellation fee.

All guests are responsible for all dates reserved, regardless of arrival or departure date. Because we have saved your site for the dates you have chosen, there are no refunds for early departures.
Because we are located in a temperate rain-forest, weather cannot be used as a reason for cancellation by the guest.
