We are conveniently located just off of I-87 and close to local attractions such as the Village of Lake George, Six Flags, Saratoga Springs and more. With so much to do, we doubt you will ever want to leave.
Our RV sites range from easy access clusters to pull-thrus and back-ins. Whatever you need, we can accommodate. Choose from sunbathed, waterfront and wooded sites! Each site includes water, electricity, a picnic table and fire pit. If you don't have an RV, you don't have to miss out on the fun. Pitch a tent or grab some friends and vacation in one of our cozy cabins!

The beautiful tongue and groove walls in this cozy cottage provide a great Adirondack rustic feeling. The vaulted ceilings bring the Adirondack light into your living space. It has two bedrooms and a full bath. In the main bedroom is either a queen or full-size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two singles. The stairs lead to a sleeping nook that is perfect for children's sleeping bags. A living room has cable TV and a sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Porch has Adirondack chairs and leads out to a picnic table and fire ring. Linens are included. Tents are not permitted on any of our rental sites. Pets are welcomed for an additional fee ($50 per pet/per stay.) Two pets maximum. Fees applied during the reservation (update Guests in your Cart Summary to add pets.) Pet vaccination records are required upon arrival.
This studio cottage is cozy and comfortable. The roomy living area holds a TV and a double bed. It contains a convenient full bath. There is a mini refrigerator and microwave. Outside is a shady porch with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. Linens are included. We recommend that guests bring their beach towels for use at the pool/river. Tents are not permitted on any of our rental sites. Pets are welcomed for an additional fee ($50 per pet/per stay.) Two pets maximum. Fees applied during the reservation (update Guests in your Cart Summary to add pets.) Pet vaccination records are required upon arrival. There is no additional charge for service dogs.

Pets are welcome. (Limit 2 dogs per site) New York State requires all pets over four months of age to be licensed. To obtain this license, owners must provide proof of current rabies vaccination as well as proof of the being spayed or neutered (only if applicable). Please be prepared to provide proof of vacination or valid NYS pet license on arrival. All pets must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after, not left unattended, and must not infringe on the peace & enjoyment of your neighbor’s camping experience. By law pets are not allowed in public buildings; including food service areas, pool or beach area. This does not include service animals.
A pet fee of $50 per pet / per stay is charged when renting a cabin.
