Cabin - Tent with Loft (Sleeps 4/No Pets)

This is a hard sided tent with a canas roof. It contains a microwave, mini fridge and a full-size bed on the ground floor and 2 twin mattresses in the loft. There is no kitchen or bath. Convenient bath houses are nearby. Linens are not included. We advise guests to bring their own or rent a linen package. No pets in these rentals please. Although we do not allow pets in this rental, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in this cabin.

In the kitchen is a 4 burner stove with oven, microwave and refrigerator. The dining nook contains a table that seats 4. Outside, a charcoal BBQ grill extends the living space to the outdoors. No pets in these rentals please. Although we do not allow pets in this rental, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in this cottage.

These cottages are current available only to Thousand Trails Camping Pass holders. No other guest reservations are permitted. They sleep 6 people and include one bedroom with queen bed, one double hide-a-bed couch, and two twin beds in the loft. No pets in these rentals please. This ADA accessible cottage has a ramp that leads inside, lower cabinets & fixtures and a roll-in shower. General Policies:

Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your unit. Members should also have their membership card on hand.
Minimum Check In age: 18 years old
Pets are allowed.
The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (609) 624-1494.

Reservation & Payment Policies:

Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of $250.00. Any remaining balance will be due on arrival.
Rates based on 4 people (2 adults/2 children).
Prices and site type are subject to availability.
The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.

Cancellation Policies:

In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
Daily and weekly reservations: For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
