MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: Monthly reservations require a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Monthly reservations dates may NOT be altered or adjusted. If you were not made aware of these policies during your phone reservation you may call within 24 hours of this notice to receive a full refund.
Daily stays departing early may qualify for a rain check, you MUST make arrangements / reservations at office prior to departure and unused days must be used within 30 days of departure (based on availability).
