The 22-acre Oakdale KOA offers interstate convenience, shade trees and long, level gravel Pull-Thru RV Sites for big rigs (50-amp service is available at most pull-thru sites). You'll find free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a heated pool, a game room with a pool table, a pavilion for group events and a modern playground with a covered shelter for parents. This KOA offers a Jump Pad, one-room Cabins, Deluxe Cabins and family activities. Bring the bicycles for some great rides. Kids 15 and under are free. The campground is 5 miles from a 12-mile spur trail that connects to the acclaimed Elroy-Sparta Bike Trail with its tunnels up to a mile long. This KOA is also connected to accessible UTV/ATV roads. Biking
There are no bike trails at the park, but Juneau County's 15-mile-long Omaha Bike Trail can be reached from the park via County Highway W, to County Highway C, into Camp Douglas. The Omaha bike trail also connects to the Elroy-Sparta State Trail and the 400 State Trail in Elroy.
Hiking
There are more than two miles of hiking trails at Mill Bluff offering views of the park's mesas, buttes, and pinnacles. Stairs lead to the top of Mill Bluff. Pets are permitted on the hiking trails and on campsites when on an 8-foot leash. Pets are not permitted on the nature trail or in the picnic and swimming areas. Nature Trail - The nature trail begins at the far end of the east picnic area. This 0.4-mile-long trail is self-guiding. Hikers will learn about wildlife, trees, wildflowers and geology. Part of this trail is accessible for people with disabilities. A historical marker describes the geological features of the area. Pets are not permitted on the nature trail.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Please notify the KOA you have your reservation with by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival. Camping Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify the KOA you have your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deluxe Cabins & Unique Accommodations: These units may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA campground location when making your reservations.Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
