For RV and Tent Sites, if you need to cancel, please call at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $20 cancellation Fee. Cancellations inside of 7 days will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
For Cabins and Eco Tents, if you need to cancel, please call at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $20 cancellation Fee. Cancellations inside of 14 days will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Effective July 1, 2024, pursuant to new California law, guests booking a stay in lodging in California may cancel a reservation without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed and receive a full refund. This is regardless of the cancellation policy that otherwise applies to the reservation. The law only applies to reservations that were confirmed at least 72 hours before check-in.
Holiday Weekends
We require a 2 night deposit for Thanksgiving, MLK weekend and President's Day weekend. If you need to cancel your reservation for a holiday weekend, you must call and do so 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 14 day period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
