Our spacious laundry room is equipped with a TV, tables, and chairs, making it the perfect place to unwind while you attend to your laundry needs. Feel free to borrow a book or exchange videos, and we've got you covered with an ironing board and iron. Change for the machines can be easily obtained in the laundry room from our quarter machine. For your outdoor needs, we provide a propane fill-up station and a compressor for inflating big rig tires. Our pavilion is a hub of activity with propane grills for your barbecue cravings, a propane fire feature to relax by, and an array of games to enjoy. We've even got a centrally located horseshoe pit for some friendly competition. If you're planning a campfire, firewood is available at our office.

Join us on June 29th for the Alaska Scottish Highland Games! The Highland Games is a traditional Scottish event that combines athletic prowess, cultural heritage, and festive camaraderie. Held in various locations across Scotland and around the world, these games showcase a unique blend of strength, skill, and traditional Highland culture. Participants compete in a range of events, including caber tossing, hammer throwing, tug-of-war, and the iconic stone put. The sound of bagpipes fills the air as athletes clad in kilts demonstrate their strength and agility, embodying the spirit of Scottish heritage. Spectators are treated to a vibrant spectacle of athleticism, accompanied by traditional music, dance, and the unmistakable atmosphere of celebration. The Highland Games not only pay homage to Scotland's rich history but also foster a sense of community and pride among participants and spectators alike.

The Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the annual Bear Paw Festival. This community-wide celebration offers a weekend filled with entertainment suitable for all ages. From the famous Slippery Salmon Olympics, where teams of two race against the clock while navigating obstacles with a real salmon, to the entertaining Running of the Bears, a 300-yard fun run featuring costumed animal mascots, there's a variety of unique experiences. Join in the fun of Human Foosball, a life-sized recreation of the popular rec room game, and explore other exciting events such as the Teddy Bear Picnic, a classic car show, a lively parade, thrilling carnival rides, and the I-Did-A-Duck Race, a rubber duck regatta. This is a not-to-be-missed summer festival that brings the entire community together.
