RV Sites: If the reservation is cancelled prior to 48 hours, the deposit is refunded except a $10.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax deposit.
RV Sites on Holiday Dates (Memorial Day, July 4th , and LaborDay): If the reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax deposit.
Lodging Accommodations: If the reservation is cancelled prior to seven (7) days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded except a $10.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within seven (7) days of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax deposit.
Lodging Accommodation on Holiday Dates (Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day): If reservation is cancelled prior to thirty (30) days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded except a $20.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax deposit.
