Policies

A Deposit of your first night's stay is due and billed to your credit card at time of booking (except for special weekends whereby two nights will be billed minimum).

Reservations made for  Special weekends are to be paid in full at the time of the booking and are non-refundable change of dates will not be accommodated within these three weekends. 

Special Weekends:

Sussex Fundy Fest - July 18th &  July 19th.    2 day minimum booking:   Non-Cancelable Days are : Friday,  July 18th  &  Saturday, July 19th  &  Sunday, July 20th.

Sussex Flea Market  - August 15 - August 17.   No Minimum booking   Non-Cancelable Days are:      Fri  August 15 &  Sat August 16  & Sun August 17.

Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Sept 5th-  Sept 7th.   2-day minimum booking.  Non-Cancelable Days are  Thur Sept 4  &  Fri Sept 5  &  Sat Sept 6 & Sun Sept 7th.

Long Weekends:

Victoria Day Weekend - Monday May 19th.  Non-Cancelable Days are: Fri May 16th,  Sat May 17th,   Sun May 18th,   Mon May 19th

Canada Day Weekend - Tuesday, July 1  -      Non-Cancelable Days are: Fri June 27th, Sat June 28th, Sun June 29th, Mon June 30th,   Tue July 1st,  Wed July 2nd.

New Brunswick Day - Monday, August 4  -  Non-Cancelable Days are :  Fri Aug 1st,  Sat Aug 2nd,  Sun Aug 3rd,  Mon Aug 4th.

Labour Day Weekend - Monday, September 1   -Non-Cancelable Days are:  Fri Aug 29th,  Sat Aug 30th,  Sun Aug 31st,  Mon Sept 1st.

Reservations made for Long weekends have no minimum stay, however there are no refunds or change of dates for these 4 holiday weekends. These weekends are non- refundable.

There are no refunds for early check outs.

Please ensure that you have travel insurance to cover any travel interruptions due to health, weather, mechanical, or any other instances.

National Cancellation Guideline:  To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.

Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please email sussexcampground@gmail.com before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee (plus taxes). No refunds on long weekends or special weekends.

Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.  

RV &Tent Sites: 7 day cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 3 p.m. 7 days before your scheduled arrival.                  

Camping Cabins  : 14 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA two weeks before your scheduled arrival.  

Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
