Santa Claus Is Coming...to Temecula/Vail Lake KOA! Join Santa for an outdoor pancake breakfast. Enjoy cheerful holidays music as you dine on pancakes, sausage, coffee, hot cocoa, and orange juice. There will be photo opportunities with Santa. And don't forget to write your letter to Santa and give it to the big guy in person!
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
RV & Tent Sites: 48-hours cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within 48-hours of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Please notify us by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival.
Cabins & Glamping Tents: 7 days cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture of the full stay deposit. Smoking is not permitted in accommodation.
Holiday and Special Events: We require a Full Stay deposit fir all Holiday and Special Event weekends. If you need to cancel your reservation for a holiday weekend, you must call and do so 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 14 day period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
