If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
RV & Tent Sites: 48-hours cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within 48-hours of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Please notify us by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival.
Cabins & Glamping Tents: 7 days cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture of the full stay deposit. Smoking is not permitted in accommodation.
Holiday and Special Events: We require a Full Stay deposit fir all Holiday and Special Event weekends. If you need to cancel your reservation for a holiday weekend, you must call and do so 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 14 day period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
