Policies

KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines Guarantee your Campsite. 

To guarantee your campsite, a deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, at www.barriekoa.com. You'll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

RV & Tent Sites: 7 days cancellation notice is required. Notify the campground by 4:00pm 7 days before your scheduled arrival. 

Camping Cabins & Deluxe Cabins: 14 days cancellation notice is required. Please notify the campground 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival. 

Extended Stays: As per the Barrie KOA Extended Stay Rates and Policies, a reservation that is 30 days or longer, will require a non-refundable deposit of $250 to confirm the reservation and secure a site.
