Cancellation Policy: For Campsites you must cancel 7 days or more prior to your arrival to receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice or are a no-show the day of your arrival, you forfeit the entire amount that has been paid.  Rental Accommodations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival to receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. There are no Refunds for Holiday Reservations, Special Events, Spring or Fall multi-week packages, seasonal or monthly stays.
