You have several choices for staying at our KOA Resort. Park your RV at one of our sites, experience a cabin stay or pitch your own tent in one of our Tent Sites, complete with a fire ring and picnic table.
RV Sites—Our campground provides the perfect spot for waterfront RV camping near Cape Charles, Virginia. Stay at one of our RV Sites with close access to the bathhouse, pools and other amenities. *Max pull thru 75 feet.*
Lodging—If you want an authentic Cape Charles, Virginia camping experience, stay in one of our lodging options. You can rent an RV, book a Deluxe Cabin or stay in a Glamping Tent.
Tent Sites—If you are looking for a more primitive camping experience, claim a Tent Site. All Tent Sites offer ample space to accommodate guests and provide an epic tent camping experience.

RV & Tent Sites: If you cancel the reservation more than 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded with a $10 cancellation fee. Any cancellations or changes to existing reservations received less than 7 days will be charged the first night plus tax.
Sites on Holiday Dates: (Memorial Day, July 4th, etc.) If your reservation is canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date, all but $10 of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, you are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.
Lodging:
If your reservation is canceled more than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date your deposit will be refunded with a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, you are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.
Lodging on Holiday Dates:
On Holiday dates, 30 days cancellation notice prior to the arrival date all but $20 of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.
