RV & Tent Sites: 48-hour cancelation notice is required. Notify your selected KOA by 4PM, two days before your scheduled arrival. A $10 cancellation fee will be imposed. Camping Cabins: 7-day cancelation notice is required. Please notify your selected KOA one week before your scheduled arrival. A $10 cancellation fee will be imposed. Deluxe Cabins/Lodges: Effective July 1, 2024, pursuant to new California law, guests booking a stay in lodging in California may cancel a reservation without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed and receive a full refund. This is regardless of the cancellation policy that otherwise applies to the reservation. The law only applies to reservations that were confirmed at least 72 hours before check-in.Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposit.Cancellation made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits. Holidays, special events and high-demand periods may have special deposits and/ or cancellation requirements.
