Our campground offers a variety of site types to suit every camper's needs:

Policies

Coshocton KOA Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation Deadlines:RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.

Same day date changes to reservations are treated as a cancellation.

Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation or change notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Details:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.

No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.

Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.

The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.

Date Change Policy:

Date changes may be made any time prior to the deadlines listed in the cancellation policy with no fees.

After the deadlines, the following applies.

RV & Tent Sites: After the deadline listed in the cancellation policy, date changes may be made. An additional change to the same reservation that is after the deadline will be counted as a cancellation. If a change is made after the deadline, the deposit is no longer refundable in the event of a cancellation. Changes made on the day of arrival are counted as a cancellation and a new reservation must be made.

Accommodations:Date changes to accommodation reservations are accepted until 4pm 14 days prior to a guest's arrival.After this deadline, changes are counted as a cancellation and the stay must be re-booked.The arrival day may not be adjusted on the day of arrival.
