You can walk right into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park from this new KOA! Of course, there's plenty to enjoy on-site, too, including a pool, children's play area and disc golf. You'll also appreciate the spacious full-hookup RV Sites and Deluxe Cabins in this 16-acre parklike setting. Just 20 minutes away, Gatlinburg provides a full roster of fun, from shopping and live music to whitewater rafting and other outdoor adventures. During July, October and all Holidays there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, with two weeks or more notice. Within the two weeks it will be a one night fee. The rest of the year it is a $10.00 cancellation fee with a 48 hours' notice for RV/tent sites. A cabin canceled outside one week of reservation is a $25.00 cancellation fee. Any other cancellations not within these parameters will be a one night fee. If you are reserving a cabin there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee added to your reservation. Gates do close at 4:30pm and our office closes at 6:00pm. If arriving after that time you will need to contact us to make arrangements to get into the campground. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECK-IN ARRIVALS BETWEEN 9:00PM and 9:00AM DUE TO THE RESPECT OF ALL THE OTHER CAMPERS.
All reservation made for Holidays must be paid in full 30 day before arrival.
