There is ALWAYS something fun happening at the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA Holiday! We have activities planned for our campers every single day. You'll receive a schedule of events during check-in, which may vary slightly for holidays or special events. We offer these activities on most days:
• Fun Train Rides at 10 AM (Monday - Saturday)
• Children's Crafts at 12 PM
• Ceramics Painting at 1 PM
• Campground Crafts at 3 PM
• Tie Dye Souvenirs at 4 PM

Pigeon Forge Rod Run & 50's Jubilee
Starts: 04/10/2025 - Ends: 04/12/2025
Our 2025 Pigeon Forge Rod Run event is from April 10 - April 12. Pigeon Forge is turning into Coolville during our 1950s-inspired jubilee! Greasers from near & far will enjoy the classic cars and hot rods crusin' into the nearby LeConte Center for the area's largest car show, the Pigeon Forge Rod Run. On the campground, we'll be time-hopping back to the 1950s with a good ol Sock Hop party on Saturday. Be sure to dust off your best 1950s style! Plus, enjoy fun train rides, campground crafts, tie dye, ceramic painting, a movie night and karaoke!
Looking for lodging near the Pigeon Forge Rod Run? Our campground is about 1.5 miles from LeConte Center. Avoid the traffic by walking or biking from our campground to the event along the Riverwalk Greenway!

Jeep Invasion

There's a Jeep Invasion in Pigeon Forge! Jeeps of all makes and models will converge on the Smoky Mountain region for the annual Jeep Invasion car show. On the campground, we'll have activities and crafts focused on all things Jeep! Don't miss our crafts, tie dye souvenirs, ceramic painting, fun train rides, movie night, and a duck race to raise funds for Care Camps!

St. Patrick's Day Weekend

You'll surely feel lucky when you spend St. Patrick's Weekend at the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA Holiday! Be sure to pack your finest green & gold outfit, then enjoy our fun campground activities which will include fun train rides, campground crafts, tie dye souvenirs, ceramic painting, and a movie night. A particularly sleuthy leprechaun will also be hiding items around the campground for a scavenger hunt!

Annual Chili Cook-off
Starts: 11/08/2025 - Ends: 11/08/2025
Think you've got a winning chili recipe? Prove it! Our annual campground chili cook-off is on Saturday, November 8th. There will be prices for best chili and the best table decorations. There will also be train rides, crafts, tie dye souvenirs, ceramic painting, and a movie night.

Gather your goblins & ghouls for Halloween in Pigeon Forge! The Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA Holiday will transform into a creepy campground for three October weekends with ghostly Halloween activities including a decorated golf cart parade, costume contests, a pet costume contest, safe trick or treating on the campground, and a haunted carnival with games and prize giveaways! Plus, some of our campers' favorite activities including creepy-crawly crafts, a family-friendly movie night, bingo, ceramic painting, tie dye souvenirs and fun train rides through the decorated campground.

Care Camps Big Weekend & Mother's Day Weekend
Starts: 05/09/2025 - Ends: 05/11/2025
Help us fundraise during the annual Big Weekend for Care Camps!
Stay with us on May 9 & 10, 2025, and 50%* of the cost of the site on the second night will be donated to Care Camps! (Book Your Stay Here!)
Throughout the weekend, we'll have special events to raise funds for Care Camps, including a duck race and pancake breakfast. We'll have fun train rides, campground crafts, tie dye, ceramics painting, and a movie night. Don't forget, it is also Mother's Day Weekend!
Your stay will make a difference in the lives of children with cancer, by helping raise funds for medically supervised pediatric oncology camps. These camps help children who have cancer enjoy care-free time focusing on fun, friends, and activities instead of on their illness. Funds raised from Saturday, May 10, will be donated to the Care Camps Foundation, which distributes $2 million annually to support 100+ pediatric oncology camps across the U.S. and Canada.
