PLEASE NOTE: Crater Lake National Park IS OPEN...just one trail impacted by a closure.
See our Blog Post for Additional Details.
WELCOME!
A little while back a couple came into the store at our KOA and asked, “why should we stay at your campground over others in the area?” It got us thinking about what sets our campground apart and what we want potential guests to know when they are considering staying with us. So, here's a list of things we think sets our campground apart from not only others you may find in the area, but also most other campgrounds.
Our goal is to provide an opportunity for you to create some great memories you'll want to share with everyone you can.
Come see and play at our beautiful lake! It's the world's ONLY Dinosaur-Shaped Lake - (as far as we know).
We can't wait to see you!

We currently offer the following activities:
Starts: 06/05/2027 - Ends: 06/08/2025
Free Fishing Weekend is traditionally held the first weekend in June in Oregon.
On Free Fishing Weekends, you don't need a license to fish, crab or clam anywhere in Oregon.
That's no license, no tag, no endorsement needed.
For both Oregon Residents & Out-of-state Guests, a 2-day fishing license is normally $42. Save yourself a bunch of money and come fish for free on this weekend. And it's always scheduled for just a couple days after they've stock our lake!!
Your almost guaranteed to have a fish fry that evening.
Note: While there are 2 other free fishing weekends in the state each year, they occur during our off season (i.e. we're closed).
Starts: 09/05/2026 - Ends: 09/05/2026
One of the most popular events every year at Crater Lake National Park is Ride the Rim. On the 1st and 2nd Saturday in September every year the park closes the East Rim Drive to Vehicle Traffic from 8 am to 4 pm and makes it for hiking and biking only (yes electric bikes are allowed). Advanced Registration is required to participate and typically fills up every year. Go to www.ridetherimoregon.com for additional details.
Since Lemolo Lake/Crater Lake N KOA Holiday is only 18 miles North of Crater Lake NP, and has many roads and trails for biking, many cyclists stay at our facility for the Ride the Rim event, then ride the trails around our campground the rest of the weekend.
