A Lake for fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, pedal boating, paddle boarding and swimming. Seven (yes 7) Waterfalls hikes! Some Very Easy, Some a Little More Challenging. A local hot springs, hiking & mountain biking. Plus camp fires & sleeping under an amazing star-filled sky, where it truly gets dark at night.
Oh, we forgot to mention the awe inspiring CRATER LAKE NATIONAL PARK is also just a few miles away (18 miles to be exact).
Lemolo (pronounced Lem-O-Low) - derived from a Chinook Indian word meaning "wild" or "untamed". And when you get here, you'll see that it fits.

Free Fishing Weekend is traditionally held the first weekend in June in Oregon.
On Free Fishing Weekends, you don't need a license to fish, crab or clam anywhere in Oregon.
That's no license, no tag, no endorsement needed.
While there are 2 other free fishing weekends in the state each year, they occur during our off season (i.e. we're closed).
Starts: 06/22/2024 - Ends: 06/24/2023
Every June the Black Bird $5,000 Fishing Derby is held at Diamond Lake & is Southern Oregon's largest Trout Fishing Derby. The Derby takes place the first Saturday after Father's Day each year.
There is a $25 registration fee for participants 12 & older. Kids under 12 are free.
Participants must register in advance by going to TheBlackBird.com/Derby/
