RV and tent sites: Until 7 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $20 transaction fee with the balance of the deposit refunded.  Cancellations within the 7 day period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cabins:  Until 14 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $20 transaction fee with the balance of the deposit refunded.  Cancellations within the 14 day period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
