Antique Engine & Tractor Show
Starts: 09/06/2024 - Ends: 09/08/2024
One of the largest shows of its kind in the state, the Antique Engine and Tractor Show features hundreds of old farm machinery, demonstrations, parades, live entertainment, plenty of kids activities and more. All four days are filled with things to see and do for the entire family. You can munch on an ear of buttery sweet corn cooked in an old steam engine, watch tractor pulls, try your hand at the Flywheel Toss or sit down in the Stephenson Barn and listen to musicians play during the Moore's Jam Session.

Wine and Harvest Festival

The festival offers something for everyone including tastings and tours for wine enthusiasts; a 5k, grape stomping competition, kayak race, and other contests for the active members of your family; four stages of entertainment for music-lovers; and carnival rides, fireworks, and the parade for all ages. This is one weekend you won't want to miss.

50th Year In Business Anniversary Celebration
Starts: 08/02/2024 - Ends: 08/04/2024
We've been helping make family memories in Michigan's Great Southwest since 1974 and invite you to join our 50th Anniversary celebration! We will kick off the weekend on Friday, August 2, with a morning gathering of local dignitaries, Chamber of Commerce business members and a special visit by Ginter & Ursula Bansen, the first owners of our campground. The fun will continue on Saturday, August 3, where activities will include a "Lucky Duck Derby" to benefit Care Camps, a special performance (to be announced), and a evening cook-out for our guests where dinner is on us with free hot dogs, chips, all the fixins and an anniversary cake to share. We will close out the weekend celebration on Sunday, August 4, with a special Sunday worship service where Mark & Karla Lemoine, our current owners, will share a few personal reflections on their entrepreneurial journey. Come celebrate this milestone with us!

Halloween Harvest Weekend #1 (Scarecrow Craft)

Fall camping brings more memories as we enjoy cooler temperatures and our three Harvest Halloween weekends. During Week #1, guests are encouraged to decorate their camp sites, owners will choose a winner for the best site. Fun for all ages, a craft time will involve building your own scarecrow that you can enjoy for the weekend and even take home with you to enjoy throughout the fall. (Please note: In order to make this a FREE activity, guest are asked to bring their own clothes and a pillow case for the scarecrow, Straw and frame materials will be provided at no cost.) Later in the day, everyone is encouraged to wear fun costumes to participate in "trailer-treating" at night.

Outdoor enthusiasts are invited to enjoy a buffet dinner of wild game meats, outdoor prize giveaways, plus, you'll also hear an inspirational talk from Jimmy Sites, host of the television series Spiritual Outdoor Adventures, who will give an inspirational message. Men, women and children (10+) are welcome. This event will be held two identical nights: Thursday, April 25 or Friday, April 26, 2024. Doors open at 5:45pm. (Please note: All supplies are provided and a nominal fee will be charged for this craft.) Later in the day, everyone is encouraged to wear fun costumes to participate in a campground parade with "trailer-treating" at night.

National Blueberry Festival - South Haven

The National Blueberry Festival is one of the tastiest you'll find! Organizers hold this annual event on the second weekend of August each year, and is one of the country's oldest continuously-running fruit festivals! We're proud of South Haven's tremendous blueberry crop, and the important industry it represents in our area. Van Buren County is the Nation's most prolific producer of highbush blueberries, and Michigan as a whole produces upward of 100 million pounds each year. Growers, packers, u-picks, specialty equipment, agri-tourism, cottage industry and more convene right here in Southwest Michigan, and it's all thanks to the delicious and healthy king of fruits- the almighty blueberry!

Participants and hungry campers are invited to enjoy our sixth annual Chili Cook-off competition, where we will announce our grand total of monies raised for the season. Guests are also encouraged to decorate their camp sites, and wear fun costumes to participate in "trailer-treating" at night.

Celebrate all your hard work and the final weekend before the fall schedule kicks back into session full-swing. Our holiday pancake breakfast starts off your Sunday. Slow Down with Fall Camping

As summer begins its slow fade and the pace of life feels as if it's picking up... slow down with some fall camping. Wake up to the morning sun warming the air, drying the dew that kissed the grass during the evening hours. Smell the scent of breakfast wafting in the air, greeting the promise of a new day. Visit one of the numerous orchards or award-winning vineyards in our area, calming your spirit and delighting your senses. Or, go for a hike in the woods or walk along the shores of the fresh water ocean we call Lake Michigan, stretching this moment as if it could last forever. Then relax at the campground, enjoying the cooler temperatures as you sit by the warmth of your campfire, listen to the rustling breeze rushing through the mature trees that have begun to dress themselves in radiant colors.
Work can wait, as you enjoy one more camping night with your family and friends.

Berrien County Youth Fair

The Berrien County Youth Fair is an annual event. Some of the exhibits include baked goods, photography, crafts, woodworking, horticulture and art. Livestock also compete for ribbons and are auctioned at the end of the week. There's even a pavilion dedicated to the miracle of life where visitors can observe pregnant and newborn animals all week. Carnival rides, fair food and entertainment add the traditional part of this family-fun experience!

Glad-Peach Festival - Coloma

Celebrating their 40th year of bringing the joy, hope and healing power of the outdoors to children with cancer, Care Camps provides a camping experience at more than 132 specialized oncology camps across North America. When guests stay with us on May 10-11, 2024, the Coloma/St/ Joseph KOA Holiday will donate 50% of the second night to support Care Camps. Blossom Time Parade - Michigan's Great Southwest

Red Bud MX National Championship

Known as the best dirt on earth, each year. the world of motocross comes to Red Bud MX, a US motocross race track located in Buchanan, Michigan, USA. The track is located less than 30 minutes south of our campground and is surrounded by agricultural farming fields in this rural community.
